Welcome to my world! I’m Haley Baker, your friendly neighborhood Office Manager and Dental Assistant. Beyond the professional title, I’m a devoted mom to my two amazing boys, Jacob and Palmer.

In the office, I’m known for my commitment to providing top-notch service and ensuring that every patient leaves with a smile. My dedication and work ethic extend seamlessly from home to work, making me an incredibly hardworking and dependable individual. Join me on this journey where I bring my passion for dentistry, organizational skills and the love for my family together to create a great experience for you.

Joyce, Front Desk

Joyce is a graduate of Newbury College in Boston and Mt. Ida College in Newton with a few years of experience working in the dental field. Joyce is responsible for checking patients in and out, assisting with new patient paperwork, billing insurance, answering phones, and more. All the while she’s hard at work, Joyce says she loves interacting with patients. Being kind and helpful is in her nature, as Joyce says if she weren’t working with Townsend Dental Group, she’d be volunteering with and helping animals. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys getting together with her family and friends. She loves traveling and vacationing in Oak Island, NC, every year. She has two grown children, Jenna, a seventh-grade teacher, and Jesse, a police officer. Joyce also enjoys walking, spending summer on the beach, along with good seafood, cocktails, and music.

Kendra B., Registered Dental Hygienist

Kendra earned her associate’s degree from Mount Wachusett Community College. She’s worked in dentistry since 2007 and has been a hygienist for two years. She’s busy around the office tending to things like dental cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, local anesthesia, sterilization, and cleaning around the office, just to name a few. Kendra loves her work because it gives her the chance to build relationships with patients and educate them on their oral health. After taking a dental assisting program in high school, she chose her career path and ended up with a love for dentistry. Kendra is always organized, motivated, dependable, conscientious, and gentle. When she’s not caring for teeth, Kendra enjoys taking day trips with her husband, reading, and watching television. She currently has three cats and a baby girl on the way!

Kendra S., Dental Assistant

Kendra has been working diligently with patients at Townsend Dental Group, getting some of the industry’s best hands-on training. Some of her responsibilities include sterilization, maintaining inventory, and anything related to orthodontic care. Kendra said dentistry was something she enjoyed while growing up, and she always wanted to work with kids. Kendra says that if she weren’t working in dentistry, she’d probably go back to part-time bartending/serving and spend her days with her son. Kendra is caring, smart, reliable, passionate, and thoughtful. She loves being a dental assistant because of the amazing team she works with and the happy environment we try so hard to create every day, thanks to having teamwork that’s on point.

Kim, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kim has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England and has been working in dentistry since 2012. Kim has been a part of the team at Townsend Dental Group since we first opened. You’ll see Kim taking care of teeth at the office using special techniques and technology for cleaning. She also takes care of x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants., local anesthetic, scheduling recalls, cleaning, and more. Kim says she was drawn to dentistry because healthcare has always been fascinating to her, and there will always be a need for it. What she loves most about her job is getting to know and educate her patients about maintaining good oral hygiene. Kim is always organized, reliable, friendly, professional, and flexible. She loves spending time with her family and friends when not working.

Laura, Dental Assistant

Sana, Dental Assistant

Sana is a graduate of the Boston Career Institute in Brookline, MA. She’s been working hard in the field of dentistry since 2008. At Townsend Dental Group, Sana is responsible for preparing patients for treatment, helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, and providing great patient care. Sana says being a dental assistant keeps her energetic because she loves creating great results when patients leave happy. Sana says working as part of our team is unique because everyone comes to the office every day with one goal in mind, and that’s focusing on and caring for the patients. Sana is always driven, organized, good at communicating, passionate, and ambitious. She volunteers at WIC in Worcester and loves swimming, hiking, traveling, and estate sales.

Sydney, Registered Dental Hygienist

Sydney is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and has been working in dentistry for a few years. She helps the dentists and the front desk ensure our daily schedules are running smoothly. The one thing Sydney will tell you that she truly loves about her job is helping people improve their oral health. Sydney says she’s always loved going to the dentist and learning about teeth. Working with Townsend Dental Group is a unique experience for Sydney because of how we can see so many kinds of patients because of the specialty care we consistently provide in the community. Sydney is reliable, flexible, compassionate, diligent, and eager to learn. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
